Easy to Use: A quick tare function allows for easy integration with other containers; units can be easily converted between g, oz, ml, and lb:oz. To change units, press the "UNIT" button (located below the scale) until the LCD display shows the desired unit. The backlit LCD display provides clear readings.
Three Modes: The Bagail digital kitchen scale measures the weight of dry ingredients and displays the volume of liquids (water and milk). This electronic kitchen scale supports seven weight units. The default unit upon power-up is oz. When the current displayed unit is oz, the units switch in the following order: oz/lb:oz/fl'oz (water)/fl'oz (milk). Pressing the UNIT button sequentially switches the units in the following order: g/ml (water)/ml (milk)
Calibration and Zeroing: This scale requires calibration weights before use. If calibration is not performed beforehand, the scale may not return to zero properly. Note: This product does not include weights; users are required to provide their own standard weights.
