30-Day Return Policy

At Bagail, we strive to provide the ultimate organization solutions for your journey. We meticulously design our packing cubes, toiletry bags, and travel accessories to meet every traveler’s needs. However, if you find that a product isn't the right fit for you, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

We will reimburse you via your original payment method, provided the product(s) meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.


Return Conditions & Guidelines

Please familiarize yourself with these terms before initiating a return:

  • Item Condition: Returned items cannot show any signs of use, wear, tear, marks, scratches, or alterations.

  • Free Gifts: Any accompanying free gifts must be returned along with the main product.

  • Items Left Inside: We reserve the right to reject returns if personal items are found inside (as this indicates use).

  • Return Shipping Fee: For non-quality related returns (e.g., change of mind, personal preference), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Original Shipping: Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.


How Do I Initiate a Return?

  1. Email Us: Contact support@bagail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Please attach photos showing the items and packaging in their original condition.

  2. Get Approval: Once approved, we will confirm the return instructions via email.

  3. Ship to Our Warehouse: Please send your package to the following authorized return address:

  4. Provide Tracking: Share your return tracking number with us for faster processing.

  5. Inspection: Please allow 3–7 business days for our warehouse to inspect the returned items.


Non-Quality Issues

The following conditions are not considered quality defects:

  • Loose threads, raw edges, or minor differences in texture/thickness.

  • Color variations due to monitor display settings.

  • Dissatisfaction with style, color, or changes in personal preference.

  • Damage caused by improper maintenance, self-repair, or washing.

  • Sizing issues (please refer to our sizing charts before purchasing).


Order Cancellation & Exchanges

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your order for a full refund prior to shipment. Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, please follow the return process upon receiving the parcel.

  • Exchanges: Due to fast-moving inventory, we generally do not offer direct exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning your current item for a refund.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: The process typically takes 7–14 business days after delivery to our warehouse.

  • Amount: The refund will reflect the actual price paid (including any discount codes used).
