Frequently Asked Questions

How tall does this net actually go?
At its highest setting the posts are 61 in (155.4 cm) and the net sits at about 60 in (152 cm) in the centre once it is properly tensioned — the same heights a badminton net is played at. It drops to 34 in (85 cm) for pickleball and mini tennis. It is not a regulation adult volleyball net (those start at 7 ft 4 in), though it is widely used for kids’ and pool volleyball.
Can I set it up on a driveway, patio or gym floor?
Yes. The H-shaped feet carry the frame on their own, so no stakes are needed on hard ground. On an open driveway in windy conditions you may want to weigh the base legs down; indoors this is not an issue. The 4 J-stakes are included for extra hold on grass or sand.
Can one person set it up?
Yes. The poles are shock-corded together so they stay in order, and the top hooks let you tension the net on your own. Most buyers report finishing in a couple of minutes.
The net sags in the middle — what am I doing wrong?
Hook both top corners onto the post hooks first, then pull the top edge taut before you peg the base. Tensioning from one side only is the usual cause of a sagging centre, and a sagging centre is what makes the net measure lower than 60 in.
At pickleball height, the poles stick up above the net — is that normal?
Yes. At the 34 in setting the upper pole sections sit above the net edge. They are outside the play area and do not affect the ball.
Is this a regulation-size court net?
No — this is a recreational net. Regulation badminton doubles courts are 20 ft wide, and this series tops out at 17 ft. This one is built for backyards, driveways, gyms and travel.
What is the difference between the net-only and the Complete Combo version?
The net-only version includes the net, frame, carry bag and 4 stakes. The Complete Combo adds 4 badminton rackets, 3 shuttlecocks, 2 racket bags, 2 pickleball paddles, 2 pickleballs and a hard-shell case, so nothing else is needed to start playing.
What warranty is included?
The net is covered by an 18-month worry-free warranty with customer support. If you need help with a part, contact our support team through the website.
